Information you give us. When you request a quote, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the services you’re interested in, and your vehicle’s year, make and model.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our service providers collect standard technical information such as your browser and device type, pages viewed, the website or ad that referred you (including campaign tags and ad click identifiers), and cookies or similar technologies, as described below.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send your quote, answer your questions, and schedule and perform your service.
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about your request, appointments and offers, as described in the text message section below.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including understanding which ads lead to quote requests.
- To protect our website against spam and misuse, and to comply with the law.
Text messages and calls
By submitting a quote request, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Broward Auto Spa about your quote, appointments and offers at the number you provide, including by automated means. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies and advertising
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technologies to record actions on this site, such as page visits, taps on our phone number and quote requests. We use it to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads to people who visited our site. When you submit a quote request, a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address may be shared with Meta to help match the request to an ad. Your phone number is not shared with Meta through this website.
Meta’s use of this information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can manage the ads you see in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website and form hosting provider (Netlify), our advertising platform (Meta, as described above), and email and messaging providers. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer information for as long as needed to provide our services, follow up on your request, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails by replying and asking us to stop.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and this site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
